K Pub Chicken

Totally delicious! Definitely better to eat it there while it's hot! We had the half chicken with Galbi sauce, and the shrimp. Make the drive! It's so goo:)

Absolutely loved our meal at K Pub Chicken Haliburton! We had the Spicy Yangnyeom Chicken with Rice – perfectly crispy and packed with flavourful heat – and the Jeyuk Rice, which was tender and delicious. The kimchi was fresh and had a great tangy kick. Bonus points for the fun selection of Korean and Japanese snacks – a great surprise! Will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon this little gem while driving through Haliburton. Super friendly and helpful staff and probably the best fried chicken i have ever eaten in my life! The owner made me a sample pack with all the different sauces, It was delicious!

I stumbled upon this place just looking for a local joint to eat at. Being from Toronto, there are a fair number of Korean fried chicken options. K-Pub, hands down, beats all of them easily! The owner was super friendly and very conversational. Had the original fried chicken which was cooked perfectly without being over-battered. I also tried the stir fried pork with rice, which had just the right amount of heat and sweetness. Do not pass on K-Pub. Incredible food for a very low key establishment. Update: came back a second time a couple of days later. The owner recommended the half and half and the deep fried seaweed rolls. Both were on point. The original and galbi were my top choices for chicken!

Food was incredible, WAYYY better than Korean fried chicken we’ve tried in Toronto! The owner was also very friendly! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Stumbled upon this lovely family owned restaurant on the way back from the Haliburton Wolf Centre. Doona is great ! She is so welcoming and generous. The food was exceptional. We ordered the the full half and half and a full honey garlic for 2 adults, 3 kids at lunch and there's more than enough left to eat for a full dinner. Chicken was juicy and batter was perfect! Would also be a great spot by the beach for a summer time visit. Will definitely stop by again on our next visit to the area and try some of the other menu items - Charlene

Do yourself a favour and come here. This is a fantastic little place with amazing food. Nice and friendly. Incredibly clean place. Massive portions of food. Great views, near the water, and you get to watch all the planes taking off from the nearby airport. Support local, this place deserves to be busy all the time. Better quality food than in places like Newmarket and south. Couldn't ask for better service. Couldn't get better food and if you love cottage country, couldn't ask for better atmosphere. Picture is of a single order, 5 pieces of chicken with rice, you can get fries instead.
